# TKN Plus

### Sell Deflation

There are two deflationary modes: **Sell Burn** and **Sell Fee**. Users can set the rate by themselves.

Deflation are only triggered when selling tokens on Ref. 

Sell Burn sends the tokens directly to "0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000" address, Sell Fee sends the tokens to the person who launched the token.

### Protocol Fee

Protocol only charges Sell Fee, currently set to 20%.

Protocol will be used for the establishment of DAO and the Incentive activities of TKNHomes.
